Tonight's episode, Breaking Silence, Part 3, examining five women's claims against Tim Ballard.

Once again, we are in the process of a series of podcasts reviewing the statements of the five

women who filed the initial lawsuit against Tim Ballard and whose statements were

attached as exhibits to that lawsuit.

I am happy to report that since yesterday's podcast in this series,

I have located and actually had sent to me by several listeners, the fifth statement. It

appears that there may have been an amended lawsuit filed that clarified this problem and

has the fifth statement included instead of having the first two exhibits be duplicates of the same statement in this case of w w exhibit b has now been provided to me as the statement of d s i am going to complete with hd t who is exhibit e that's who I was moving down to as of yesterday.

And then in the next program, I'll circle back and examine the statement by DS.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem was.

I mean, I got the initial lawsuit.

It was sent to me by a friend

lawyer of mine in Salt Lake City, and he just sent me the link to what was filed in the court.

So I don't think the problem was on his part. I know it wasn't on my part, but we have the five

statements, and that's what's important now. Once again, going to the statement by HDT, I'm going to put this up

on the screen. I will note for the record that it is October 26, 2023, and we'll see if we can get

through these statements together. I know it is wearing on people. It's wearing on me. I had a rather
