My family of origin doesn't define me.

Jesus defines me.

Yeah.

The blood of Jesus is stronger than any curse

that the enemy could keep my family trapped in.

So all throughout my life, I've had to unlearn lessons that poverty teaches you.

Yeah.

Because poverty is not just how much money you have.

Poverty is the relationships that you have.

So my aunts, the reason that they're poor is not because of the money in their bank account.

The reason they're poor is because they don't even know anyone who's of means.

So when people try to make this argument that Jesus was poor, I'm like, you don't know your Bible

because Jesus is friends

with wealthy people. And if you're friends with a wealthy person, you are wealthy. Period.

That, like, the definition of poverty is not how much money you have. It's how much money you

have access to. And if you have relationships with people that have money, then you have money.

Yeah. So there's no world where Jesus... You're talking to the real estate guy who borrows money

for a living. Yeah. So there's no world where Jesus is poor. Yeah. And I would actually make the

argument, most of the disciples are wealthy. Why do you say that? Okay. So Peter, let's take Peter.
