I was going to say, yeah, it's definitely the podcast is making time fly these days, especially through lockdown in it. But did you celebrate St. David's Day then? Or?

Yeah, I didn't at the time, gee, and I realize now this was a significant oversight for the chairperson of the Garright Thomas Cycling Club. So my promise to you is that I'm

going to go back and celebrate it properly. How should I be celebrating St David's Day?

Oh, just have a Welsh cake, mate. It's probably the easiest thing to do at the minute, in it? With all

the recipes we've got flying in, it's be pretty simple now. It's not as punchy as St Patrick's Day then, because that's a little bit livelier.

I'm not knocking the Welsh cake. I'm just conscious there's no booze that you've stuck on the

St. Davis Day list for me. Well, yeah, I'm not, you can definitely get some Penderin whiskey in you

or some Brains beer or, oh yeah, mate, if you want, go full hog. You can dress up as well as one of those, you know, the Welsh women with the bonnet thing on their head and go full hog, mate.

Maybe one of the anthropomorphic daffodils that you get at the Six Nations, you know, when someone turns their whole face into a daffodil bowl.

Yeah, and a few leaks, wave their marriage. Leaks always good. So talking of Welsh cakes, what does a good Welsh

cake need? Well, to be fair, people like adding a lot of different stuff these days, don't they?
