So we're starting with food again this week,

mainly because you keep WhatsApping me pictures of your pre and post-race food. And I don't think

I'm as impressed by these pictures as you'd like me to be. No, they don't look the most appetising.

Just trying to give you a flavour what it's actually like to be a pro tom you know it's not all Michelin star meals

and I don't know five star resorts

this is yeah basic stuff out of a cardboard box

on the bus on the way to start eating rice

fard yogurt and an actimal

thrown in there for a bit of flavor it doesn't sound nice

but it is actually nice that's a crack in breakfast that is get you there for a bit of flavor. It doesn't sound nice, but it is actually nice.

That's a cracking breakfast that is.
