I often share with you how my quest is coming along because this is one of my favorite

I really get a lot out of the quest because the quests are something I can think about

as I go throughout my day and also the meditation techniques are really important to me as I go

And in the quest this week, regulating my own emotions, I feel like I had several breakthroughs.

I'm happy to share with you and I've heard from some of you letting me know that you really

enjoyed this week's quest as well.

One of my breakthroughs was that I noticed that when I'm procrastinating, I'm

dealing with a very specific kind of stress.

And this wasn't something that I was cognizant of previously before doing this series.

And so when I could notice the kind of stress I'm experiencing, I've done a lot of things

for myself this week.

I've slowed down and I've taken some time to slow down and de-stress.

This has been very valuable for me and I've been doing simple things such as I've been

doing a lot of yoga and stretching and weight bearing exercises in a previous episode.
