Often we get stuck in thought patterns we can't change, in feeling cycles we can't get out of,

in behaviors that we really wish we could stop or behaviors that we wish we could start.

And we can't figure out why because it's so clear to us that our life would be better

and maybe more stable and more secure and certainly more enjoyable if we could change these things.

But even though they're making us miserable, we can't seem to get our brain on board.

When that happens, it's often because there is some unconscious wiring that is connecting this thought pattern or feeling or behavioral pattern to safety in your primitive brain.

And that operates at a level below your conscious thought.

And it's a level of your brain that can overcome any higher order thinking when it's

activated.

So in order to shift this kind of pattern, we can't just like power through.

We can't just use willpower or discipline or whatever

other patriarchal constructions we're told we need to use. We actually have to get really

curious and aware of how we are connecting these things to safety. That's the only hope we have

of changing them. So I'm going to be teaching you a process for getting that

awareness in a free training that I'm doing. This is totally new. I have never offered it before
