Today, I feel like the energy is heavy for somebody out there.

The energy may be heavy.

There may only be one person out there, so maybe I am speaking to one person, but whoever

it is, I can feel that weight with you.

It is a heavy load.

There's a lot going on.

We have a lot on our plate, don't we?

There's a lot we want to do, isn't there?

We may not even know how to do it.

You know, sometimes I get worried because there's so many desires inside of our hearts,

and it's like, how do we accomplish all these desires?

Like, how do we accomplish our goals?

And at the same time, take care of our basic necessities.

You know, it's hard being a human being.

I think it is.

It's pretty hard being a human being sometimes, isn't it?

I think it's important that today we understand that the journey isn't easy.

If we have been struggling, we are struggling for a reason because the journey is not easy.

You know, it will get easier as time goes, only because we develop more strength and

become more resilient.

But the journey is always going to be throwing us these curveballs.
