a.k.a. Brandon Turner, who's the former host of the Bicker Pockets podcast.

He is probably one of the most well-recognized and most well-known names in the real estate industry.

His podcast is huge, open-door capital.

You'll hear about it.

He's raising tons of money to do big multifamily in mobile home parks. He's a best-selling author. He gives tons of education. He's all over social media. He's all over podcasts. His YouTube channel is huge. He's all over the circuits for the education side. You'll see him probably. We have many events if you go to him. I hear nothing but great things from everybody about this guy. He's done a lot for the community, especially in the bigger pocket side. So it was amazing to have him on. It was really cool. We've kept in touch. He started jiu-jitsu. So it's just a very nice guy. It's all 6-6. So we're sure his jiu-jitsu is going to consist of a lot of triangles and stuff. So it's just pretty cool. You know, again, I like how jih Tzu brings people together. But this is an episode from this year from not that long ago, but a great episode from a very big, very big guess. So this one obviously is one of our top rank ones for 2021. So definitely want to put it back out there. If you haven't listened to it, you should really check it out and enjoy it. Brandon always brings a lot of good information. He's got a ton of experience and he's talked two or three times a week to the most successful people in the world. And we found each other on Instagram, started connecting, you know, the common theme of jujitsu again.

And me being an idiot again, I tried to offer some sort of value to the guy for coming on the

podcast. And I was like, hey, you know, if you need some connections for Jiu-Jitsu, and he's like, well, you know, I know Jocco Willink. And I was like, yeah, I'm an idiot. What am I doing? So he's going to call up and be like, oh, you know, I know you wanted to train there and And you told Jock, no, but do you know Nick?

So I say stupid things sometimes.
