1:16.4	It's pretty much everybody. He's not the co-host of a very popular show on A&E called Triple
1:22.9	Digit Flip with his partner, Jamil Bamji. He's got his sub two chorus. He's got his whole group.

1:44.9	great guy. He's a surrounded by really good people. I've made a lot of good introductions through
1:48.4	his group, through some of his peers. Again, the guy just, he's got a lot of students that are
1:54.6	doing good stuff, and he's got a great group and a great network. He puts out a ton of content.
1:59.2	He shows great, and if you don't know anything about subject two, and you're looking to get into
2:04.2	real estate, and you're saying, hey, I don't have money, or I don't have good credit, or
2:08.9	you know, I can't have full Doc loans for banks, or whatever it may be that your issue is,
2:14.0	this is a great way to look at it and get it, and a lot of people don't know about it,
2:17.2	or they don't think it's possible, or they think it's a scam, and he does tons of these.
