and she has a new show coming out on ABC called Maggie.

She also was nominated for multiple Emmys, including Best Actress, and also some producer credits and stuff.

So she is just absolutely killing it.

You're seeing her popping up more and more.

If you weren't a fan of her already, you were going to see her continue to show up in big shows

and big movies, and she's always been a fan favorite with a very loyal fan base this was a very um very listened to and downloaded episode and you'll see why you know

if you only saw her as trudey weigel on reno 911 you will see her serious eye and just see that

she's got a great personality she's totally down to earth she's fun she's quick she's funny

and she's grateful for everything she has you You know, I think being an entrepreneur listening to this podcast, you can relate to a lot of the ups and downs and the struggles that actors and actresses go through and just the fear not being enough and the social comparison and always wondering when the ride's going to end and having to, you know, fight for your next meal. It's just a great, great parallel between businessman, real estate investors, actors and comedians. So very thankful to have Carrie Kinney on.
