Well, what we're going to talk about today is really on point to the whole theme of this

conference. And it's more, we're going to start with this whole survival status that I think

most women are in. We all know what it feels like to have a survival day or a season, like especially

I would say postpartum always tends to feel like a survival season.

But I feel like it's less of a seasonal thing now and just more of like if we were going to do our old Facebook status and put like surviving.

So I wanted to hear why you think this is the case, especially for moms to just, this is the status quo.

This is just where we are in survival.

I think a huge part of it is that I think we've been told that we have to give and give and give until we're empty.
