Summary

In our pursuit to find happiness, we may think we have to be anxiety-free. What if that weren't the case? In this eye-opening session, therapist Kimberley Quinlan shares why embracing anxiety—rather than fighting it—can actually empower moms to live more fully in the here and now. Discover the surprising reason anxiety exists, how to break free from self-judgment, and ways you can feel both anxious and happy at the same time. If you’re ready to let go of perfection and find fulfillment in the messiness of motherhood, this conversation will change the way you think about your own “hard things" and show up in a new way.
