Mindfulness is partly about being aware, about being content and happy, and satisfied. Continue to take action with at least one action every day Identify Improvements You will start to feel better about yourself You will likely notice some reaction from people around you, maybe family, friends, or co-workers Make a note of differences in the way you are feeling Move Forward With Confidence Use the improved feelings you’re experiencing to give you momentum and help you move forward Continue to set boundaries and identify whether you truly want what you are agreeing to. Hey, Mindful Tribe, welcome to the show. Today I'm going to be talking about mindfulness and boundaries.

And you might wonder, well, what's that about? Why should I be concerned about boundaries?

Why would that be an issue for me so I

put together a few reasons why here's one do you feel used do you ever feel used in your life maybe

at work you feel like somebody's kind of using you and taking advantage of you or maybe in your

home life do you feel used by anybody

the second reason you might need to be concerned about boundaries is do you feel like you're

constantly being dragged into things that you're uncomfortable with you just can't really say no

you just all of a sudden this is partly your problem and you're upset about

it number three are you angry about how people treat you or maybe i should say mistreat you do you feel

like you're being mistreated a lot of the time number four do you feel overly upset over things that don't concern you?

Like maybe a news story you've heard, something that happened to people that you don't even know

and yet you find yourself feeling really upset and stressed over it. Or maybe, you know,

things that are upsetting you in your family or maybe your extended family and it's

really beyond your control completely, but it still bothers you and upsets you. Well, boundaries can

really make a difference in all of these cases and boundaries and mindfulness are related.

Mindfulness, as you know, is partly about being aware.

It's about being content and being happy and satisfied with life. And it's about feeling in

control rather than feeling out of control. So here are five ways you can bump up your boundaries so that your life will be ultimately better.
