I am very excited to have you back thank you for

revisiting as you guys have known the past four weeks we've dedicated the

full month of June to the Black Lives Matter movement and sharing and

amplifying the stories of people in the black community. If you have not already

listened to the past four episodes, I really, really encourage you to take a minute to listen to them and to listen to the

stories from the men and women that I interviewed. They were all such

constructive conversations and so eye-opening as someone who is to be very blunt white.

Again, thank you so much to my guest that I had on the podcast of past month.

The Past the Mike series will 100% still be continuing on and I will boop them in every once in a while you know something with maybe

just battling adversity,

whatever I feel suit to pass the mic

and to have their story be shared to inspire you guys, educate you guys, or just purely

be just kind of fun to listen to, you know? So I hope that you guys really enjoyed that. But this week I am back at podcasting solo. Well I guess not really solo

because I do have my baby in my belly. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant guys 22 weeks kind of sounds a little

fucking legit and if you follow me on Instagram at Des B with three underscores you will know that I'm having a little baby boy how cool I

keep saying it and I just smile from ear to ear because I just cannot believe

number one there is a child I'm a human vase, I'm watering this

bitch every single day, there is a child in my belly, but also number two that that

little boy in there is going to be just like my husband and a hint of me, which I don't know if you

guys out there have thought about being a female having a male son.
