| 1:26.0 | Even the ocean air or the desert can also benefit your mind, body and soul. |
| 1:34.9 | And I want to share with you what exactly you inhale as you walk among the plants. |
| 1:43.5 | You inhale what are called phytoncides. |
| 1:47.9 | These phytoncides research has shown can help to reduce depression in a study of 71% of |

| 2:00.7 | The reason being is that when you're outdoors it is in fact like a drug. |
