And I posted something about this on my personal Instagram. I was like, I'm not trying to inspire anyone here. I'm not trying to make you feel bad if you are not concerned about being quarantined. I am certainly not concerned about being quarantined. But working out has really helped me feel sane. And like having that one thing that I can do every day has made a big difference.

I would say those are probably the only two things that you would find in most cross-foot gyms that you won't find in our gym. We've done bells. It's been awesome.
