And we are going to be talking about empathy.

Empathy and resilience are two words that are just really important and strong for me right now,

both as a mom as well as like coming out of the pandemic and I think you did a really good job of talking about that in your new book tell me more about that

solving the empathy crisis one conversation at a time. So I'm excited to have this conversation and as listeners we think about this

and it relates to our health I think one of the most important ways, not only that we consider the health and wellness of ourselves and helping others has been shown by science to be incredibly powerful for our own well-being, but it also relates to community care and how we benefit from a community that is thriving.

We personally are improved when our community is thriving.

And so when we have empathy and when we can show compassion for others,

it is a great way to improve the health and wellness of all
