feels like 8 degrees in New York, which means my radiator is running. And you will hear a slight

hiss from time to time in the intro and outro. That's just the way it's going to be. I've been

waiting for two days. It's never going to turn off. No worries. Anyway, I am sure that by now you are

possible. Today on the show, I am very excited to share an extended excerpt from last month's

gender conceal episode. But before we do that, let me give you some backstory on how this episode

came to be. So back in November, I went to a show at Littlefield in New York.

It was called L.B.J. The Play. It was created by the L.A. comedian, Sunny Zimmerman. And when I was

going into the show, I just thought this was a fun way to spend a Tuesday night. I didn't think I was at work.

But by the time the show ended, I found myself standing outside Littlefield, furiously typing like eight questions for Sunny into my notes app because I was just so eager to talk about what I had just seen.

Of course, I didn't know Sunny.

So when I got home, I emailed them and they generously agreed to chat with me for the show.

And we recorded what I genuinely feel is like such a fun episode.

I really wish I could share the whole thing with you, but that's just like not how it works.

So in this excerpt today, you will hear Sunny and I talk about the creation of LBJ the Play and how Sunny's gender ended up a little bit like infused with Lyndon B. Johnson's gender accidentally.
