coaching call series. In today's episode we're going to be talking to Sarah

about how the scale tends to affect her thinking regarding her weight loss journey and how it has been for her the springboard to quit many times in the past.

We also have our very first run in on her waking up at night and wanting to eat because she can't sleep.

So some interesting things have come up there and we talk about what she can do in the future to start to help herself if she wakes up at night,

not turning to food, which I do know is a problem for a lot of people.

So I think people that are struggling with that really will benefit from getting to hear this discussion today.

She's also going to be at home by herself for a day,

working on some school work.
