Today we get to continue on with Sarah's coaching.

And in this episode, she has some really massive breakthroughs

where she starts to see that even though she ended up having some really high

calorie days and felt like she was dreading getting on the scale,

she actually noticed that her weight only went up by two tenths of a pound.

And openly shares that, you know, if it had been her by herself in the past,

probably would have continued the cycle of overeating and totally avoided the scale,

which would have been one of her many probably attempts at kind of quitting on herself.

And I know we've all been there. We were doing really well for a few weeks.

We stumble and fall. We overeat. We then keep that cycle going.

We then mentally beat ourselves up and say, oh my gosh, I probably gained so much weight.

I'm going to avoid the scale. The cycle continues.

But Sarah is really good at communicating.

She's been really checking in with me on voxar or voice messaging system.

And she's she's doing excellent with catching things as they slip
