Well hello, welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

I know you don't usually hear from me on Tuesday, but this topic came up and I had to do a short

mini-sode on it.

This is not the length of our normal episodes, but I didn't want to hold off and doing it

just because it was shorter or not to it at all just because it was shorter.

I honestly feel like sometimes the things we need to hear, the things that help us the

most that sort of kick us in the pants where we need to be.
