Hello everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. We don't usually release

episodes on Tuesdays. It's usually Monday and Saturday, but there was a big milestone

this week, and I wanted to share with you my reflections on it. If you follow me on social

media, you saw that Roman, our son, turned one on Monday, May 2nd, which is crazy because

I feel like it went by in a blink. I've always heard people say that the days are long

but the years are short, and I have felt like the days fly by. They're not always easy

days, but I have felt like they fly by. And it's just been so fun to watch them grow and

I can't believe he's won. But I was thinking about my primary takeaways after one year,

because he's not my first, but with Dagnie, we only had two weeks. We thought we would

have a lifetime, but we only had two weeks. Getting to a year with Roman just feels like

such a gift and it's funny because as I record this in Roman has turned one on pregnant

twins. I think a lot about how just today I was like, man, one is easy compared to two.
