Now, this may seem a lot if you're not used to

thinking about how you're feeling, but as you get used to this and train your brain to notice your feelings, to honor and respect yourself, you'll begin to notice your feelings on a regular basis. In fact, in just about every

interaction you have or different things that you see, you'll start to notice. This kind of makes me feel this way or I'm feeling

this way as I speak with this person or I just saw this ad or listen to this news and it's

making me feel this way and I don't like feeling this way or I feel pretty good when I feel this way and so you are going to

start living more and more on your own agenda rather than someone else's. You will not become as triggered by different people,

events, places, anything, all things will go through your feelings filter.

So your challenge is essentially a feelings filter for you that you start to put in place
