What is up fellas? Welcome back to Commvos over Cold Brew. Today I'm doing a little bonus episode, a little solo pod, why not?

0:09.5

I'm really doing this just to follow up on an Instagram post I made yesterday that I guess went viral.

0:17.6

I mean I wasn't really expecting it to reach this many people but to give a little bit of context I posted about basically it's like a four-year

0:25.9

transformation of me in high school from freshman year to senior year and just

0:31.9

literally my physical growth over the course of the four

0:34.9

years and I posted it because I feel like it's something that's not really talked

0:39.7

about in the running community that much and I feel like now on social media especially

1:25.0

made me realize I didn't grow up with a bunch of social media and I am so glad I

1:31.8

didn't honestly because I feel like I don't know how that would have affected me

1:35.9

Just being able to see what everyone's doing day today what people's training looks like what they're doing outside of training what their nutrition looks like I feel like that

1:44.4

really affects people and I'm just glad that I didn't grow up with social media which is funny because obviously

1:50.7

I work basically in social media now so it's funny that I say that. because obviously

1:55.0

but yeah I don't know that's the reason I made the post was because I just wanted to show my
