Good morning. It is Hold 30, day 23. We have one week left. I'm on my way to work, as always with miles, and I'm on my way to work as always with miles and I would say that last thing was probably my best

0:18.3

night of sleep that I've had so far which is really really great and I am like really, really, really allergic cottonwood trees, like

0:27.8

really aggressively allergic to them and it is major cottonwoods.

0:31.2

The cottonwoods are popping big time today and yesterday and there's just like cotton

0:35.6

swirling all over my neighborhood and we were at my dad's house for dinner on Sunday night and there was just like, you know, it was, the cotton was so thick in his backyard that it looked like snow

0:44.8

and usually this time of year I will like have to take a sick day because I am so

0:50.3

it just like punches me in the face like I went to the allergist when I was in high school.

0:55.4

And if you guys have ever had allergy tests done,

0:59.2

it wasn't just like the scratch test.

1:01.1

It was actually where they take the needle and like it's

1:03.9

subdermal you know they would take a little needle and dip it in whatever the

1:09.2

allergen was and then like actually you know puncture under the skin with it to see if you would get

1:16.0

like a hive and my cottonwood tree hive like had baby hives and was like

1:22.0

taking over my whole back and anyway very allergic

1:25.3

but I'm definitely experiencing some symptoms like I have really itchy eyes and

1:31.2

I'm a little bit flummy but it's nowhere near what it typically is and I think that that is a huge reflection of the fact that my overall

1:41.2

inflammation in my body is probably way down from what it usually is

1:44.6

because I'm eating in a non-inflammatory diet. So I think that's a huge non-scale

1:50.6

victory I mean really huge like literally usually when you know this week

1:54.0

of the year rolls around I am barely functional I've super foggy brain I am

2:00.9

sneezing and coughing and I can you know feel like I can barely open my eyes and my

2:06.0

head feels really heavy and I don't feel any of that today I just have itchy eyes.
