All right, it's Monday. It's day 22 of the Whole 30. And I don't know what to think right now. I'm I was just listening to Claire's updates from yesterday

And I'm just so proud of her. I got like all emotional when she was talking about running because I could hear how nervous she was in her voice before she went and did running.

I just feel really happy about that. So I'm, as you guys can tell, I'm always like

super reflective and I have a bleeding heart. I get it from my mother she is like snow white my

she can charm the pants off of anyone. She's the best. Anyway, okay. So as far as day

22, I think you guys heard yesterday of my struggle with the scale and wanting to weigh myself and I

did weigh myself and so I I was kind of thinking about that I was like did I

break the rules enough to where I have to start over I'm not going to because I just don't believe

that that's like I don't know whatever like someone who's like hardcore into the rules which I have

been like I'm not breaking other rules, but I feel like for some

reason that rule doesn't apply, which is kind of ridiculous if you think about it.
