Good morning. It is Whole30 Day 24. Miles and I are on our way to work and school and I

and I got up this morning and went to the 5 a.m. so I got up at 4.30. I definitely have felt

like my sleep has been improving. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night randomly anymore.

I did wake up last night because I had like this weird backspasm thing that happened which I think

is unrelated to Whole 30 and very much related to me just sitting at a desk all day.

But anyway, apart from that, I had a really good night sleep.

We'll go up at 4.30 feeling as good as you can feel at 4.30.

And I feel like my early morning workouts are feeling, I think there's a couple of factors.

First of all, it's light out now, even at 4.30, the sun is already starting, or 5 o'clock,

the sun is already starting to come up. And so the time you know you're doing the

workout after 20 30 minutes of warming up it's well into the sun coming up and so

that makes a huge difference in feeling like I'm a little bit more

energized but I think also I never eat before that workout it's just way

too early for me to start my metabolism at 4.30 in the morning. My body is not

ready to ingest food at that time. And but I have felt really well fueled as much as you can.

And I think that is just a kind of a representation

of being appropriately fueled throughout the day otherwise,

that my body is sort of finding a little bit more of a rhythm

and a little bit more of a baseline,

and which is really, really great.

And that was really one of my big goals for doing the whole 30 was kind of

re-learning about eating intuitively I think that's something you know I touched on a lot
