Oh, guys I had such a stressful day. I am at Costa again and you're getting a

snapshot into just how much of a nerd I am. It's Friday at 7 o'clock at night and I am at Costco because I realized that if I was going to stay home I was

probably going to end up drinking wine and trying to blow off steam. So today's Friday and it's

still day 12 I don't know when we're gonna release this one but I'm just

trying to get my actual thoughts and emotions down right after everything happened.

And I mean it's just, nothing specific.

And it can be stressful and as a manager,

But I'm human and there's some days where I just want to be like, holy fuck, people.

I think everyone can relate to that in whatever environment you're in in a

work setting so I just wanted to come home and like decompress and like make dinner

and drink wine and one of my favorite things to do when I'm not on the whole 30 is drink wine while I'm making dinner. Is that is that normal?

So I was just kind of having like a little bit of a pity party

when I got home where it's like, I just want a glass of wine.

And so I texted my tribe, Claire, and Jessica, and I was like, I just, I'm just going through

this right now. Can I please have some wine? And they were like, no, it's just fermented grape juice. You're going to be fine.

And I was like, yeah, I know. I know. So then I just started stress cleaning, which is another coping skill that I have is I just clean. I start cleaning, I keep my hands busy and I put on my headphones and I told Scott I was like, I need to decompress I kind of need some time to myself I hope that's okay and he's like yeah totally so he left me alone and so now I get to introvert by going to Costco.
