Whole 30 Day 11, you guys, I got the day right.

I'm going to go see my old friends at Sloans Lake Crossfit this morning.

That's the gym I was working out a couple years ago and I love to drop in there every once in a blue moon and say hi and work out with my friends and you just develop such a family at other gyms too so I'm excited to see them.

like what we're putting on our body and you put trust in these companies to like

say to have what is in the label in your body serving you, I don't know. So I appreciate that.
