Today you're getting a bonus episode.

Super excited to share this episode with you with Molly Huddle who just broke the American

record in a half marathon in a time of 107.25.

She broke this record that was set by Dina Kaster 12 years ago.

So this was a really big deal and I know like so many of you guys I was so excited for

her and Molly has already been requested to be on the show so many times but once she

broke the record on Sunday I've had at least 20 more requests for Molly so I decided to

try my best to reach out to her and get her on the show as soon as I could after the race.

While it was still fresh on her mind, big thanks to my friend David Dowd with Sockini

for connecting me with the right people to get in touch with Molly.

So most of you probably already know who Molly Huddle is and we don't get into her background

too much in this episode because I was so excited to talk to her about her race in Houston

and her plans to run the Boston Marathon along with so many other incredible women this

year.

But a brief history.

Molly went to Notre Dame so she lived in Indiana for a short time which you know that's exciting

to me since I'm an Indiana girl.

She's a 10 time all-American.

Molly is a professional athlete for Sockini.

She trains in Providence, Rhode Island.
