Summary

Meet the RunPod Run Club is back! Today we are delighted to invite the very lovely Vic Paltridge - a drama teacher for 17 years, who lives with her husband and 4 children. In June 2020 Vic weighed over 19 stone and was really concerned about her health and confidence. Now RUN forward to 2022 and Vic’s new confident energy is affecting all the people around her. She believes in herself and her mind and body! It all started with a coach to 5K in Lockdown, and now Vic is no longer needing diabetes medication, is a certified ‘Run Angel’ for ’This Mum Runs’ in Northampton and has ran the latest London Marathon. Vic is the definition of Community Spirit. The people at TMR have become her family and she cannot speak highly enough about how important it really is for women to support and love each other. This one is for the ladies and gentlemen who are looking to be the best version of themselves. Vic feels she is by no means the finished product but she's I'm definitely trying to get there! and you can too! Keep Running!
