Yep, got a run planned later with a friend

ran it, so we're off out, hopefully when it stops raining. It does help though, I think sometimes

when you have a run planned with someone else, even if it's raining, because it does mean that

you'll stick to the plan. Do you find that as well? Absolutely. I've never like running by myself, which is why I run with a run club and friends also.

So how long have you been running for then?

I think I first did couch to five in 2016 and then continued with that running club for a couple of years up until the lockdown.

And the lockdown forced me to run by myself.
