Hello and welcome to a very, very special and different episode of the Crystal podcast.

This one's going to be different from any other that we've ever done before, hence the

no-intram music and while we're just jumping right into it.

This is actually more of an experiment, something I've been wanting to try for a while.

For this one, you're going to need to get your running shoes, your walking shoes, your workout clothes, whatever it may be.

You're going to need to have those at the ready.

And I want you to take this podcast and go out on a walk or a run, whatever it is that you're

capable of doing it this time.

There is no right or wrong answer.

Plan to take about 20 to 25 minutes for this.

And I'm going to pause here in a second and give you a chance to get ready in case you're not

there yet.

And make sure you have some headphones in.

This is one you should do by yourself. I want you to be in a good headspace. I want you to be

ready to kind of get into your thoughts and think about your weight loss, why you're doing what

you're doing, why you're trying to go through all this effort of changing your life.
