Hi guys it's Claire I just listened to Joy's voice memo from this morning we just got

out of the Birth Fit seminar and so I just had just listened to it on my drive

home and I just had just listened to it on my drive home.

you know, just kind of give my feelings around, you know, all the great things that Joy said.

And I think the biggest thing that came up for me when I was listening to it was like, first of all of two I guess two main thoughts the first

one was really just continuing to realize that body image and food

you know just all of those struggles are

universal and you know they can happen to somebody who has been overweight their whole lives

just as much as they can happen to somebody who has been super fit their whole lives

just as much as they can happen to men and women and you know I just think that lives just

think that it's so easy and it has been easy in the past for me to think about joy

as somebody who is you know kind of immune to this problem because she has like what I consider

to be a really fit body and yet you know so I just assume like well she must just love her body

because she has the type of body that a lot of people would want.

And that that's just not the case at all.

And I think that, you know, if you're somebody who has really

struggled with weight or there kind of comes this point where it's like well easy for you to say because you have this amazing body and it's like it just has just like the focus of your diet or of your

pursuit of health should not be around your body. It also does not matter what body

you have to begin with because you're probably you know the comparison game happens no

matter what and you know you're always looking at other people and you're always

looking at somebody else and you're always getting feedback from a million
