Hey everyone, I'm Andrea Ferretti and this is a bonus episode of Yoga Land.

So this episode came to life after I received an email from a listener.

Her name is Elizabeth Brower and I just really enjoyed reading her story so I asked her if I could share it on the show.

And after four years of doing the podcast,

I'm just feeling more and more like I want to feature your voices. I want to feature everyday yoga voices and people who

study with us are students. So Jason and I are working on that

and this is a little start.

So she says, I came off teaching 15 to 18 classes per week in the new year and was feeling so burned out.

At one studio in particular I had a really hard experience with the owner and I just felt

so disillusioned working for other people.
