May is all about the mamas. I felt like moms were superheroes before I had kids, but baby,

now that I am on the other side of motherhood and have seen it for myself, I am here to tell you

that mothers deserve so much more than a day. So the least that we could do

here at Girls Stop Planning was celebrate moms all month long. Now, ever since my very first podcast

Confessions of a Workaholic, I have literally had the opportunity to interview and connect and share the

stories of hundreds of amazing, phenomenal women, many of who are also moms. And to be able to

balance, and I don't mean balance as in giving equal attention to, but literally

like a balancing act mentally, physically, emotionally to balance life, motherhood, marriage,

and then try to have your mental health together. it's a lot so i want to spend this

month celebrating the women who are doing it all so i'll be dropping some bonus episodes throughout
