So a meditation is something I haven't released on the podcast since March, but I've been getting a

lot of requests. So here we are doing a meditation. It's perfect timing, honestly. And you can also find

with happiness and filled with so much joy, which is how I felt this morning, which is just

an interesting thing to note. So meditation is all about just tapping into that stillness in the

mind. It's not about trying to erase the thoughts in the mind or run from the thoughts in the mind,

but rather let them float past you like a little kaleidoscope of thoughts and emotions and feelings

and just knowing that they don't control you. In fact, they are not you at all, you are so

separate from your thoughts. You are the person observing your thoughts. So I'm excited to lead you
