0:18.6	I'm so excited today to welcome you to this bonus episode where I'm going to talk about
0:25.7	becoming 5 pounds stronger.
0:27.8	Here's a story.
0:28.8	I went into the doctor.
0:29.8	I was having some memory issues.
0:32.2	I was worried about them.
0:33.9	So I decided to get a full workup on my entire body.
0:37.2	By the way, memory issues are fine.
0:39.0	No cognitive decline all as well.
0:41.5	Note.
0:42.5	I'm going to tell that story another day.
0:43.7	But this story should have, hey, is I went in to get the full body workup and I went
0:47.4	and did a body composition scan.
0:49.7	They did a scan of my body.
0:51.8	They determined that I was 19% body fat, I weigh 140 pounds.
1:00.1	And they wanted me to put on 8 pounds of muscle, which I thought sounded terrible.
1:07.1	But I told them I would put on 5 pounds of muscle.
1:11.3	And that's a lot of work.
