eating disorders I know when I separate from one sometimes I would listen to people

talk and feel like I was like getting pointers. You want to be like so careful with all of this, but I think I'd like to think that we're

two women coming at this just trying to be open and honest and to get out of our heads from our own demons that I think we all feel like we we have.

I've never discussed it in public ever. My battle with with a needing disorder never. So it's a big deal but it's like it's really kind of and I think that's why I wanted to do this today because that demon in my head it's coming back really loud and it's

scaring me.

Well that's why I told you then let's take some power away from it and let's get it out of your head.

It's it hasn't been there for a long time.

I mean, it's always a little bit there, you know, when you have lived with anorexia
