This week's guest is comedian and Rayner and director of 8th grade Bo

Firenome. The episode was recorded live in front of an audience at Fulture Festival, which felt perfect

for the joke Bow picked as ultimately it's about audiences and its relationship to them.

As we talked about in the interview, Bo was starting to get panic attacks every time

he performed and he wanted to figure out a way to convey this anxiety to the audience without alienating

them. The solution came from Kane West. Not directly, I should note.

No, Bo went to a Kane show and immediately started thinking about a way he could use Kane's

you know like famous autotune rants for comedy purposes.

The result was the closer of Bo's Make Happy Netflix Special.

I'm just so excited for you to hear this conversation because there's no one who thinks

about bits the same way Bo does with sort of the staging and the lighting and so on all

being taken to account from the jump. It's really something different. So here is

Bo Burnham. for like 20 minutes, it was kind of a ramp, kind of a song.

He had auto tune on his voice,

and there was an instrumental in the background.
