Right now we go to Russia, Ukraine, and the talks.

These talks now are said in a headline to have come to a ceasefire in the Black Sea.

That is a very large, important fact for the basin.

And I go immediately to the news from Turkey that is not positive.

Erdogan, the strong leader of Turkey since the beginning of this century,

has ordered the arrest of his chief political rival, Imammolu, the mayor of Istanbul,

who finished tying his blue tie when the SWAT team came for him in a persecutory manner,

and he made some last remarks about how we're veering towards a tyranny, and he was then jailed,

where he could very well be kept for years, including through the next election.

There have been protests.

The reports are there have been lots of arrests of anybody protesting this extraordinary move by Erdogan.

I mention all that, not because we're going to explore Turkey.

Gregory has adequately explored it up to date.

I mention it because the Black Sea Basin, that's the southern portion.

The northern portion has now come to what is said to be a ceasefire. The Black Sea Russian fleet

and the Ukrainian ground-to-sea missiles that have cleared out the Russian fleet of the Black Sea, but we're
