well it's gonna be honest everybody take your clothes off it's a constant process yeah really yeah yeah

yeah what you dropped about what 400 pounds 140 pounds is what I dropped okay it was a little bit off

I thought it was like 400 yeah man it was a long road long process it's because I'm running from

things in my life and so it keeps me motivated do you have a girlfriend yet did no she she's like

you're too skinny yeah yeah that's a pretty recent one that's a pretty fresh wound no that was the

140 pounds he lost right that's a big girlfriend yeah good thing you dropped it four foot eight one

four wait is this is this within a month recent yeah yeah yeah I'm sure yeah very

recent one make funny until next time then it's all right I'm a more focused than ever well I'm

more determined yeah I'm more motivated with each obstacle I grow stronger you're crying

now this wasn't the woman that we discussed on the Amy puller no is that woman still out there no

no no that's a what do you mean no is she you know you know someone yeah she is she married

I can't even begin to get into how hilarious it all is but uh but it's great you know what that

was a season in my life that brought about a lot of change and positive things in my life and

this new challenge will also bring a bring about a lot of positive uh breaking up with someone
