Hey guys, Dr. Berg here. In this video, I'm going to talk about the biggest weight loss

0:28.1

mistake. Okay, so this is a little technique that I use. Okay, I'm going to show you what I use

0:34.1

sometimes. Here's what you do. If you want to find out the truth or something, you want to research

0:41.2

the most credible authority-driven website like the American Diabetic Association or the American

0:49.4

Heart Association. Okay, or the American Arthritis Association. Or in this case since we're talking
