This is somebody who I have, we have gotten in the habit of chatting via voice memo through

Instagram, like pretty much every single day. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the host of

the unpopular podcast, Jacques Peterson. Hey, Jacques. Hey, thanks so much for having me. I love

our voice notes. I'm so glad we can actually have like a real conversation. I know this is the

first time that we're actually seeing each other. I know I actually would voice don't you more,

but I tried it like be aware of it because don't you have like people that will voice don't you

like too much and you just like can you just fuck off. So I'm always self conscious of being that

person. So here's the thing you because yours are quality. I invite you to voice memo me more often

actually. I'm a voice memo type of girl like not even through IG like through like I have friends

like like we just rather than text. It's just such an easier form of communication. Oh, I know

and you don't have to actually like speak to someone which is nice a lot of the time. Like you can

just come back and like answer whenever you want. I love it. Like for someone that's like super

anti social like me. It's perfect. You're in Australia. Are you in Sydney? Yes. And so can you just

give us all an update as to what is happening in Australia? Specifically Sydney right now just in

to I mean like are you guys totally open? Yeah, pretty much. We've been open for a long time. So we had

a pretty strict lockdown right at the start and then after that like it's been fine. I've been

working from home since it started. They tried to get me back into the office and I'm like I'll

quit my fucking job. I'm not even kidding. I'm not coming back into the office. So I'm still working

from home which I love. Yeah, everything's fine. Like sometimes they'll put a mask mandate for like

a weekend or something because they've had like an outbreak but an outbreak here isn't that many.

It's like 10 people or something and then you'll have to like wear a mask on the train and that'll
