Welcome to One Minute Scripter Study, a Come Follow Me podcast.

0:05.0

We are your host, Kristen Walker-Smith and Callie Black.

0:09.2

Hello, hello. Welcome to Big Picture Monday. My name is Callie Black here with all the context

0:12.9

you need to totally rock this week's Come Follow Me readings. This week is February 2nd through

0:18.2

the 8th and we are studying Moses chapter 7. That's it, literally just Moses.

0:26.0

This week is going to be amazing because we are going to learn about one of the most famous

0:30.4

cities in all of scripture, and that is the city of Enoch, which also was the first city that we have record of, that was called Zion.

0:44.6

People of Zion, the first city of Enic.

1:25.2

of Genesis at least. And in the book of Genesis, Enix story is not there.

1:32.0

It's just like a brief mention in a name of lists in genealogy after Adam and Eve. And so all of the

1:38.2

details we have about Enix ministry, his prophecies, and his city are only found in the book of Moses. So we are just kind of like

1:45.4

pausing in Genesis, finishing Enoch's story this week. And then we'll get back to the rest of

1:52.9

the generations to study lots more stories in the Bible continuing next week. So what was the first

2:00.5

part of Enoch's story in Moses 6 last week? The Lord had

2:03.9

called Enoch to cry repentance to the people in the land. There was a lot of wickedness that was

2:10.4

spreading. Remember even the week before we talked about Lamek and the first murders that are being
