co-host Doug Hay and we are actually live in the same room for the first time

recording a podcast together.

We're in Nashville, North Carolina.

Doug came down for a holiday visit, not for me, but for family, really.

And we are recording this now with just two days left in the year

and by the time we published this episode it will actually be into 2014.

So we are bringing you today a special interview with an amazing and

inspiring woman Nicole Antoinette. She writes the blog Life Less Bullshit.com.

Nicole's interview scheduled for now is because, you know, mainly what the topic of that interview is, and that is her crazy goal to run across the United States in the year 2015 with a friend of hers, which is pretty cool cool pretty amazing all on its own but then

when you realize that Nicole as of this point you know it's going to be 2014 by

the time you're listening to this has only run two marathons in her life. So throughout the whole

book tour and everything else we talked about big inspiring crazy goals and the

idea that setting something that really is kind of beyond what you're capable of now and is so inspiring
