athlete radio. Hello and welcome to episode 22 of the No Meat Athlete Radio Podcast.

This is your host Matt Frazier along with your co-host, Doug, how are you today?

I'm doing great, Matt. Are you having a good New Year so far?

I am so far, yeah, and this is our first podcast of the New Year.

I know we posted one right around the new year, but then this is actually our first one that we've recorded, so it will be our first to kind of update, check in about New Year's and goals and everything else, so that's exciting.

We have today an interview that we recorded

towards the end of last year with two guys named Brett and David Wilcox, they are, as we speak, actually running across the country to raise awareness for, you know, about GMOs and the dangers of them and all these other hazards.

One of them, Brett actually wrote a book about it, an e-book on Amazon.

So I just thought it was a cool thing. They both happened to be plant-based.

I think one of them is vegan, the other

vegetarian and they're running across the country in kind of an interesting way. I think they're

doing about 15 miles per day rather than any sort of crazy you know marathons or

alstroes every single day they're not they're not in any rush to get across

but still a very cool thing because David I think is 15 years old so a very

very cool story there and we'll get that interview in a few minutes

but as I said they just started running a few days ago and they have an indie

go campaign where they are trying to fund it and that ends on the 31st.

So this podcast will have been launched.
