Hello, friends. It's April 4th, 2023, and I have a big announcement to share with you today.

I am thrilled to share that I sold part of Bizchix Inc. to our longtime team member,

Shelly Warren. I didn't sell my entire company, just part of it. Going forward,

Shelly will independently operate the Leadership Lab and Leadership Lab Plus under her own company,

and she will also own and operate the Stacking Your Team podcast under her brand. I hope you will join me in congratulating

Shelley on her new company and in stepping back into the CEO role. Now, some of you have been

around since the beginning since I launched the Bizchicks podcast in 2014 from my master bedroom closet

and others of you are just finding us. If this is your first

episode, you can listen, but you might want to go listen to one of our other episodes that

help you with your business. This is an update on my business. So a little bit of history.

Shelly is my former client and I invited her to speak at our very first bizchicks live in 2017.

That was a conference I hosted for three years for women entrepreneurs.

After that first bizhicks live in November 2017, I invited Shelly to join my team part-time and later invited

her to join me full-time as our chief people officer. Initially, Shelley facilitated masterminds

and coached alongside me in our highest-level mastermind. She also helped make some strategic hires in our business, including

Tiffany Jordan and Elizabeth Cook. Tiffany Jordan is our director of operations, and Elizabeth

Cook coaches alongside me in our signature program Six Figures Lab. About two months after

Shelley joined the team, we launched the Stacking Your Team podcast,

and this year it has celebrated five years of serving you and bringing you incredible content.

Shelly has over 25 years of corporate experience at Procter & Gamble, a Fortune 50 corporation, which provided Shelley with

leadership training and diverse experiences throughout her career. She led technical teams and often
