In this episode, we announce the launch of a new project called Pyllars. Pyllars is a mobile app platform built for runners who want to improve as athletes and as human beings. The core philosophy is that our athletic success comes down to two fundamental pillars that are equally important – our physical fitness AND our emotional fitness. Oftentimes athletes emphasize the former at the expense of the latter, sometimes with detrimental personal consequences. Pyllars is committed to supporting athletes as they strive to reach their athletic potential, while also providing tools for maintaining a healthy and balanced internal environment. We believe this 360-degree approach to the athlete produces the best long-term outcomes on and off the racecourse. We hope you’ll join our community and become part of the movement.

Welcome, welcome back to the well, where we are feeling very festive.

Of course, I am your loving host, Dylan Bowman, and today, as I teased in last week's episode,

we have a very important and very exciting announcement that I am so excited to share with you guys. It is the launch of a new

project that I've been working on with a great group of people for a while now for the last

several months.

And I am just so thrilled to get it out of our heads into your hands and into the real world and see what happens.

And to be more specific, what we've done is launched a new

mobile app for runners that's going to be called Pillars. This app is going to be going

live in both the Apple and Android app stores. We hope on January 1st, of course, with the holidays and the

complexities of getting things approved in those app stores, we might be a little bit delayed,

but we're aiming for New Year's Day, but definitely sometime in January, if not on that specific day. But it's coming, and we are so excited.

And in this episode of the show, what I want to do is explain a little bit about what Pillars is,
