Hey, everybody. Welcome. Welcome to the final episode of The Well. Of course, I am your loving host, Dylan Bowman,

and yes, this is the final episode before we change the name. No, it is not going anywhere. The show

will remain more or less the same, but we are going to be rebranding the show starting next week.

It will officially become the Pillars podcast.

And for those who didn't hear last week's episode, we announced the launch of our new mobile

app for runners, which is called Pillars.

And we are so excited to release that into the universe in just a few days.

But just as a reminder here at the top of the podcast that we have decided to rebrand the show

starting next week to bring it into alignment with the app.

So this will be the last edition of the well.

And the show again will officially be called the pillars

podcast next week you will not have to resubscribe so there's nothing that's required of you

except to continue listening and another quick thing on the app super Super excited. Very happy with the response we received

after the announcement last week. I got loads of really nice notes on Instagram and email, which made me very happy.

And we are even more excited to share the actual product with you in just a few days.

I've also received lots of messages with ideas about material that people want to see inside the app.

So if you have creative ideas and relevant expertise that would work within the architecture

of the physical and emotional fitness.
